The Blankets of Love Charity is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, the homeless, and individuals in crisis. We provide essential items such as blankets, food, toiletries, socks, and hot meals to sustain those in need until long-term aid from larger organizations like FEMA or The Salvation Army becomes available throughout the southeastern region.

We provide warmth, comfort, and essential hygiene supplies to individuals (men and women) and families in need through compassionate outreach and community-driven initiatives. We strive

to ensure that everyone has access to the necessities that uphold dignity and well-being.

Mission
To CARE for those in need, unhoused or homeless, and in transition; to EMPOWER them to reach out for support and resources; and to show COMPASSION to remind them they are seen, loved, and not forgotten. To provide free blankets and essential hygiene supplies to those who are unhoused or homeless in underserved communities.

 

Vision
To establish a comprehensive resource center that serves as a one-stop facility offering:
➢ Integrated Support Services: Employment assistance, housing support, and substance abuse counseling tailored to individual needs.
➢ Functional Infrastructure: Office space, private meeting rooms, and a fully equipped learning center to foster education and professional development.
➢ Essential Amenities: A full-service kitchen, ample parking, and convenient access to public transportation to ensure accessibility and comfort.
➢ Community Empowerment: A safe, inclusive environment where individuals can access holistic support, build self-sufficiency, and thrive long-term.
